Anti-Counterfeit Policy

Principle

All products offered on Tajr stores must be genuine. Selling counterfeit or replica goods, or any product that uses a trademark without the owner's permission, is strictly prohibited.

Merchant obligations

At sign-up, merchants confirm they sell genuine products only.
Merchants keep proof of where their goods come from (purchase invoices or distributor authorisation) and provide it on request.
Merchants do not use images or brand names they have no right to use.

Controls and enforcement

We review stores and products periodically and whenever a report is received.
When we suspect a counterfeit, we ask the merchant for proof of authenticity and may hide the product until it is provided.
Confirmed breaches lead to removal of the product, suspension of the store or closure of the account, and notification of the payment provider and the authorities.

Reporting

Brand owners and customers can report a counterfeit product at support@tajr.ae with the product link and any evidence.
