Delivery Policy
Who delivers
The merchant is responsible for preparing and delivering each order. The merchant chooses the delivery method: their own courier, store pickup, or the carriers available through Tajr Shipments.
Areas and times
- Within the UAE: usually 1–3 business days.
- GCC (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman): usually 3–7 business days.
The delivery cost and expected time are shown to the customer before the order is placed and may vary by store and area.
Tracking and problems
Customers see their order status, and a tracking number when a carrier ships it. For delays, damage or non-delivery, customers contact the merchant and can escalate to support@tajr.ae.
